Ironworks – Additional conditions.

 

General

 

1.                  Alcohol for outside seating area is only permitted to customers seated at tables within the designated seating area immediately outside the premises. This will only be for catering, pre-show and interval drinks for show customers only or for conference events lunches/refreshments.  The outside area will be restricted to no more than 60 customers. This area will be managed by SIA security. 

 

2.         A direct telephone number for the duty manager shall be publicly available at all times the premises is open. This telephone number is to be made available to residents and businesses in the vicinity. 

 

3.         The premises management shall propose and organise periodic (at least 3 times a            year) meetings with local residents at Blackmore Court to discuss any issues in   connection with the premises. The proposed meetings need not take place if the           residents by their association or representative do not consider them to be   necessary.  

 

Prevention of Public Nuisance

 

4.         The warehouse shutter usage will cease by 21:00, unless in an emergency

 

5.         Deliveries, recycling and rubbish including glass should not be dropped off, collected       or placed outside except between the hours of 7am and 21.00pm.

 

 

6.         Main entrance door to be closed during shows and after second interval. No        customer exit via main entrance with the exception to disabled customers and          carers or staff/performers with equipment to load and this will be managed by SIA security.

 

7.         Audience members to exit onto Blackman Street, with SIA security directing them out in an orderly manner in Trafalgar Street direction.
